The Southwinds Addition is located at S.W. 24th Sreet and Santa Fe in Moore, Oklahoma. The city of Moore is positioned south of Oklahoma City and north of Norman in the northern portion of Cleveland County. Moore is the second largest city in the county with a population of over 50,000 residents and the 9th largest city in the state. The Southwinds addition is located inside the Moore public school system, the 3rd largest school system in the state. Mike Burns, the owner of M & S Builders, is the exclusive builder of the addition. He started construction in 1997 and recently finished the neighborhood in 2007. Mike is currently working on building and developing the Meadow Creek Addition located in Newcastle, Oklahoma.
